Stacey Atkins

With 13 years PQE experience and a career in civil litigation since 2008, Stacey specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, dealing with orthopaedic, neurological, sensory, internal organ, gynaecological, facial, burns, scarring, and psychological injuries, including PTSD.

Stacey has a particular interest in catastrophic and large loss claims and is committed to securing the maximum amount of compensation for her clients, her highest award to date being £2 million NET, secured for a former soldier, who was left a lower limb amputee in an unfortunate RTA, where the circumstances of the accident resulted in concerns as to a potential illegality defence and indemnity issues.

Stacey is known for delivering straightforward advice and committed to providing excellent client care whilst supporting Claimants throughout the legal process.

When not in work Stacey enjoys spending time with her 2 children, hiking with her crazy Labradoodle, and travelling the world.
