Kieran Boland is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive Litigator at Beacon Law, working in civil and personal injury litigation. He has practised in this area for 22 years, handling a broad range of claims from initial instruction through to settlement.
Kieran’s caseload covers fast track and multi track employers’ liability, public liability and occupiers’ liability claims, alongside road traffic accident and landlord and tenant cases. He has a particular focus on multi track employers’ liability work, an area he finds especially rewarding.
Kieran trained at MANCAT and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator (FILEX). He is a member of CILEX, the professional body for Chartered Legal Executives.
Kieran is particularly proud of a multi track employers’ liability case involving a client who was attacked while working as a prison officer. The case ran for more than five years before settling at a joint settlement meeting.
Meeting client expectations is what matters most to Kieran when handling a case. He brings this focus to every stage of a claim, keeping clients informed as their case progresses.
Kieran was drawn to Beacon Law by the people and the quality of the work, along with the firm’s strong work ethic and well-organised systems. That structure reflects Beacon Law’s approach to personal injury work more widely, taking on cases with the same care regardless of their complexity. Looking ahead, he intends to keep up to date with changes in the law affecting his areas of work, and is keen to build his understanding of IT, AI and systems as the firm develops.
Away from the office, Kieran plays guitar and sings in a covers band around Manchester, and keeps fit through football, tennis and running.
