Amy Rigobert

Medico-Legal Coordinator

Amy Rigobert is a Medico-Legal Coordinator at Beacon Law, working across personal injury and medical negligence cases. She has spent ten years in the medico-legal field, specialising in case coordination and management.

Experience and specialism

Amy’s work centres on the medical side of a claim: collating client medical records, coordinating initial appointments, and arranging re-assessments, treatment and investigation appointments as a case progresses. This coordination sits at the heart of building a claim’s medical evidence, connecting clients, medical professionals and the wider case team.

She is especially motivated to support individuals who have suffered injury and loss through no fault of their own, drawing on experience across a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence cases.

Notable cases

Amy sole-coordinated a case involving an amputation following a workplace accident, managing several complex medical reports that added significant value to the claim. The case concluded with a substantial settlement for the client.

Working with clients

Clear communication and trust are what Amy values most when working with clients. She believes people need to feel informed and supported throughout what can be a complex or sensitive process, and she combines a compassionate approach with a clear focus on the best possible outcome.

At Beacon Law

Amy was drawn to Beacon Law by its genuinely welcoming, close-knit culture, describing directors Mark and Karen as some of the most approachable she has worked with. For her, that sense of community is what sets the firm apart from others she has worked for.
Looking ahead, Amy wants to keep developing within her role and building on her existing experience, while strengthening relationships with clients and colleagues. She sees strong communication and trust as central to delivering good outcomes, and stays open to new challenges as the firm grows.

Outside work

Amy has a long-standing passion for athletics, particularly the 100 metres, and is an active member of Beacon Law’s running club — a passion she has rediscovered since having her two children. She’s known around the office for her positivity, an early and enthusiastic start to Christmas, and a light-hearted fear of spiders.
