Neil Henthorn

Neil specialises in personal injury, with a background in complex, serious and catastrophic injury claims. Neil has in excess of 23 years’ experience.

Neil works with clients who have suffered injury as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, and trips slips and falls. His clients have suffered a broad range of injuries such as serious spinal injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries and various other physical and psychological injuries. His work also involves the ongoing training and development of other solicitors and Legal Assistants.

In order to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients, Neil often works closely with specialist legal and medical experts, such as Barristers, Spinal Surgeons, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Consultant Neurologists, Consultant Psychologists and Psychiatrists, Consultant Rheumatologists and Pain Specialists.

Neil has successfully represented thousands of individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others and is highly regarded and respected amongst his colleagues and peers.

Outside of work, Neil’s recreational interests include trips to the cinema and theatre, literature, writing, and football, but most of all he enjoys spending his time with his wife and three young children.
