Our online Touchpoint client portal provides you with a complete set of interactive tools to help you manage your case. However, you are also able to take advantage of Touchpoint in the form of a mobile app.
The app does not currently provide the full feature set that the browser based portal does. However, it is still a useful tool that will help you monitor the progression of your case whilst on the go. The app will allow you to send messages directly to your case handler and will provide you with notifications relating to the progression of your case.
The mobile app is free and available on both IOS and Android platforms.
